I’m a trained therapeutic counsellor, self-compassion advocate and mentor here to help anxious, self-critical perfectionists bloom into happy and fulfilled self-leaders through the magic (and science) of self-compassion.
It’s through (re)building a solid foundation of self-compassion that I went from fearfully hiding away from the world, constantly fuelling the fire of my never-satisfied inner critic, and projecting my shame onto everyone and everything, to feeling grounded, content, authentic, playful, courageous, and creating the life I truly wanted.
Breakthrough Call
A 90-minute one-to-one coaching and mentoring session where we identify your current blocks (conflicts, beliefs or behaviours) to building self-compassion and actionable steps towards cultivating the relationship with yourself that you truly want to embody. I will also share with you the scientific and therapeutic fundamentals of self-compassion for you to reflect on and use to illuminate your own past and present experiences.
Workshops
Still figuring this self-compassion stuff out and not ready for one-to-one work just yet? No problem. Access the workshops for scientific and therapeutic insights into key stages and processes in building self-compassion, such as healing attachment wounds & exploring and shifting core beliefs of brokenness.
